Incest monster Josef Fritzl is finally set to face trial for in Austria for his horrific crimes of rape, incest, slavery and murder that shocked the world.

The horror father kept his daughter Elisabeth (42) locked up in a cellar for 24 years as a sex slave, raping her nearly every day and fathering her seven children, one of which died.

Josef Fritzl will be prosecuted in Amstetten, Austria, where a 27 page list of charges against him were presented by the prosecution service in St. Polten yesterday, including incest and indecent assault and murder.

According to the charges, in 1996 Fritzl, “Father of the newborn Michael Fritzl, killed the baby by wilfully neglecting” to get outside help for him, although Michael was in “danger of dying”. Sick Fritzl admitted to burning the baby’s corpse in an oven.

Rape: Fritzl is said to have aggressively forced his daughter to have sex with him – 3000 times.

Deprivation of freedom: Fritzl unlawfully kept Elisabeth and the three children imprisoned in a small, restricted cellar area without windows or fresh air.

Slavery: Fritzl kept his daughter in conditions “similar to slavery”.
